Quality control and batch management

We implement a structured batch management system to provide our clients with:

• full traceability of raw materials, semi-finished products, and components;

All activities are carried out in compliance with the main cosmetic industry regulations, including: 

• Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009;
• ISO 22716 – Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

These standards define the requirements for the production, control, storage, and distribution of cosmetic products, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and traceability.

• verification of labeling, marking, and batch coding;
• finished product inspection (aesthetic quality, packaging integrity, compliance with specifications);
• checks during logistics phases (order preparation, packing, and shipping).
